American Family

A video documentary looking into the the conditions of homelessness in the city of Detroit, Michigan in the Summer of 2008.  By following a family of four through the routines, experiences and emotions of losing a home and trying to find a new one in the aftermath of the 2007 financial crisis, the film attempts to put an honest lens on the effects of poverty in 21st Century America.
